If i wanna learn Web Design,Is there any institution offering same?Currently,I am studying at Dhaka Medical College.

Thanks bro, I know it’s Thesis. I have also bought a thesis theme. But then I found that this theme is just a raw framework without any customization. Now as I don’t know anything about css or php, I’m at my wit’s end. If your customization is under any free distributable license then can you please share your “custom” folder?(With your reserved license obviously). Or if it is under paying license then please let me know it also. I’d be grateful if you help me.
